Delivery.
We will always arrange to deliver your order as soon as we can. This usually means 2 to 3 days, but may extend to 7 days. If despatch is delayed for any reason you will be notified by email. We cannot accept any responsibility for the failure of the carriers used to despatch your purchase. All our products are priced to include delivery charges for the UK mainland. Delivery elsewhere can be arranged at additional cost. Please email us for a quotation.
We use ‘Worldpay’ to accept credit and debit cards. This is a secure payment system and you need have no worries about the security of your payment information. There is an added advantage to using the ‘Worldpay’ system in that if a dispute should arise ‘Worldpay’ will hold the payment until the dispute has been resolved. However if you prefer to pay by an alternative method we will do our utmost to accommodate you. Simply email us with your order, and our reply will give you payment information. Please be aware that cheques and BACS transfers(e.g.from online accounts) take several days to clear the banking system and despatch will therefore be delayed. Telephone orders may attract an additional service charge. Please note that for our shopping basket and online payments service to function correctly your computer will need to be 'cookie' enabled. Sizes. The suggested childrens ages to suit the vehicles are for guidance only. Vehicle sizes are nominal and variations can occur.
Any information we collect in taking and despatching your order will not be disclosed to anyone not directly involved in the order progress. We do not sell our mailing list.
If you have any complaints regarding our products or service please be assured they will be dealt with seriously and promptly. Please contact us by email or use any of the other contact details on our web shops.
Please examine your goods as soon as they arrive. Advise us within 48 hours if there is a problem requiring the return of your purchase. Damaged goods will be replaced as soon as the returned item is inspected. Please note that alternative products cannot be supplied as replacements. Where suitable stock is not available you will be contacted to agree an alternative. Items returned for refund must be unused and in the original packing so they are suitable for resale. Return postage costs will be refunded by us in any case where we have delivered incorrect or damaged items. The amount of the refund will be no more than the cost we incur in the original delivery.
